Overpass incorrectly renders sequences of Middle Dot “·” (U+00B7) and Grave Accent “`” (U+0060) (AKA backtick) #99
Description
Overpass Mono correctly renders multiple middle dot characters such as “···”, but Overpass renders what looks like a single middle dot “·”. In addition, the character that follows a middle dot renders underneath or on top of the preceding middle dot. Grave accent characters suffer from the same issue.
I have reproduced this behavior using Figma (Electron), Google Docs (Brave, Chrome), and Pages on macOS Ventura 13.5.2 (22G91).

I also noticed that this issue happens whether the problematic characters appear in a series themselves or if they are separated by other characters.
