fix: namespace ending in slash (RDFA-510)

Description

• Namespaces ending in a / can now be saved and are displayed properly

Overall good changes, found one regression for ontologies with non-ASCII names.
And now throws on namespace-only / trailing-separator URIs, but allowed in UI.
