Adds human-labeled French judge validation datasets next to the English ones in docs/metrics/judge_validation_datasets/:

File Records Human reviews
agent_speech_fidelity_fr.jsonl 60 120
conciseness_fr.jsonl 57 114
conversation_progression_fr.jsonl 57 114
faithfulness_fr.jsonl 51 102

Each line is the full French dataset record (conversation trace and the three judge outputs) plus a human_reviews list. That list holds both labelers' reviews exactly as the labeling app saved them on Toolkit, and nothing was dropped or merged.

The format differs from the English files: there's no single consolidated expected_rating. In agent_speech_fidelity_fr.jsonl, the existing expected_rating field comes from the dataset itself; the human ratings are in human_reviews.

Replaces #242, which included unrelated files.

Adds French datasets for agent_speech_fidelity, conciseness,
conversation_progression and faithfulness alongside the English ones.
Each record includes both labelers' reviews under human_reviews.
