Description

Enhanced the UI for pipeline and run filter bars with improved styling, layout, and usability. The changes include:

• Redesigned filter bars with consistent spacing, padding, and rounded corners
• Added visual separators between filter sections for better organization
• Improved search inputs with icon prefixes and clearer placeholders
• Enhanced filter count display with badges and clearer "Clear" button
• Added total/filtered count indicators to show filtering results
• Simplified the pipeline storage alert message
• Improved empty state displays with better icons and messaging
• Consistent styling for pagination controls
• Updated page titles to better reflect the active tab

5. Verify empty states display correctly when no results match filters
