Chatbox message not cleared when closing the chatbox using the ESC menu

Bug Description

When you are typing in the game and you open the ESC menu and possibly the DC menu, a few possibilities might happen.

1. The next enter press does not open the chatbox but instead just sends the previously typed message.
2. When pressing enter the previous typed message will reappear
3. Did not test this but it is very likely due to this bug the chatbox even though is closed will continue add any key presses to the chatbox.

Reproduction Steps

1. Start a game
2. Open the chatbox and write something
3. Open the ESC menu
4. Close the menu again and press enter

Couldn't reproduce this on latest TSH using multi instance.

Pressing enter reliably opened the chatbox and shows the last non-sent message (when aborted using ESC)

How was this tested? Do you need a multi instance build for testing?
