This PR adds
aif360.sklearn.postprocessing.ThresholdOptimizer, a sklearn-compatible wrapper aroundfairlearn.postprocessing.ThresholdOptimizer. Extracts sensitive features from the pandas index at both fit and predict time, supports all Fairlearn fairness constraints, and maps constraints to AIF360 fairness metrics inscore().
