Great work! LGTM. Some figure legend and color nitpicks.

It is not super obvious for some one to look at this plot for the first time and realize these are 4 facets. Can you add back the full facet boxes?

Is there something wrong with the second legend box symbols ("Aggregate profiles (Diamond=Consensus, Square=Replicate"))? Based on the title it seems to be a duplication of the third?

This looks really similar to notebooks/2.cfret-analysis/plots/figures/pca_selected_conditions.png except for the plot title and file name?

Thanks for the review, will be merging. |
This PR includes a series of plots aimed at evaluating how the buscar pipeline analyzes the dataset, specifically the cfret-pilot dataset. In this dataset, drug_x was removed because it is not publishable; however, the following plots are included to illustrate the analysis.
Sankey diagram: Shows how single cells contribute to each cluster.
PCA/UMAP plots (2): One plot illustrates how the on and off features are represented in PCA/UMAP space, while the second shows where the different types of data representations and see how they cluster in the heatmap.
Heatmaps (2): One heatmap visualizes data-type representations to assess where different data representations reside, and the other shows how single cells populate each cluster.
