Improved support for 64-bit integer arrays in remote session using wasm32

When the state contained vtkIdTypeArray (with 8-byte elements), and a wasm32 remote session receives it, VTK will now transform the 8-byte integer to a 4-byte integer to support such states out of the box. It is very common when using trame-vtklocal where the VTK python package is 64-bit.
