Unfortunately there are conflicts now. And the formatting needs to be left out, and only the code necessary for IMAGING-106 must be kept in the PR.

This update adds support for JPEG2000 icons via jai-imageio-jpeg2000.
Also this adds support for extraction of larger images up to 1024px, normal and retina.
In need for this update, I enhanced this Library, and it works.
So now I want to commit it to the community.
