2.8.0

Generated XSDs now allow arbitrary attributes on DOM elements (#574), and every module declares an automatic module name. Both are visible to consumers, which is why this is 2.8.0 rather than a patch. The plugin still builds against plexus-build-api 1.2.0: 1.3.0 cannot be provisioned outside a Maven session (plexus-build-api#125).
