Modifications

There are two distinct changes (in different commits):

1. Updates to the release infrastructure - when BDD is available, prefer it to endpoint rules (and don't copy the endpoint rules in that case). Review this commit to see this change alone!
2. Update the remaining services to BDD endpoints AND remove the old, now unused endpoint rules
