Bunit Generators throw CS9270 in .net9

With a recent change, the InterceptsLocationAttribute is obsolete and shouldn't be used anymore. This leads to compiler errors on newer SDK version >= 9.0.200

Therefore we have to

• Refactor our Stub-Generators (Interceptor-Version)
• Drop them entirely as they don't see much traction

From stream: Not investing more time - if folks are pickup more interest, we can invest more time.

Also we might want to change the type from ComponentBase to Stub<TComponent>.

To add insult to injury, We recommend people use Sdk.Razor style projects, half of the stuff isn't even working. Well not as long we can operate on the output of other generators.
