Summary

  • Add an isolated, non-persistent workshop preview for the Buzz desktop onboarding V3 flow.
  • Refine the account, identity, community, profile, starter team, and welcome-channel journey for interactive review.
  • Clarify private identity-key guidance and combine backup confirmation with optional verification.
  • Restore the current private-key, backup-file, and phone-recovery sign-in paths in the workshop.
  • Explore a durable private Welcome space with admin-ready intro content, a temporary rename prompt, and an AI-provider activation card.
  • Preserve the normal production Buzz profile and data while external relay access is disabled.

  • The onboarding workshop is available locally with just onboarding-preview.
