Summary

Updates the DNS FAQ record limits section to clarify that DNS records created by Cloudflare services on behalf of a customer, such as Email Routing TXT and MX records, also count toward DNS record limits.

Also documents that these service-created records are enforced with a small buffer to avoid disrupting Cloudflare services, while customer-created records through the dashboard or API still require the zone to be within its record limit.

The PR adds a concise clarification to the DNS FAQ record limits section, explaining that service-created records (such as Email Routing TXT/MX) count toward DNS record limits and are enforced with a small buffer to avoid disruption, while customer-created records still require the zone to remain within its limit. No issues found — the change is well-scoped, the internal link is valid, and there are no MDX syntax or style guide violations.
