CloudLinux Isolates now runs under standalone LiteSpeed Web Server, but the Isolates page still listed LiteSpeed as "coming in future releases" and called Apache the only supported web server. Mark LiteSpeed as supported, add a "LiteSpeed requirements" block with the minimum package versions (cagefs 7.6.47-1, lve-wrappers 0.7.16-1, liblve 2.2-8, ea-apache24-mod_hostinglimits 1.0-49), and scope the PHP handler table to Apache instead of claiming it is the only web server. Follow-up to 1182758. Standalone LiteSpeed support is limited to cPanel for now, so say so directly in the web server table, in the LiteSpeed requirements block, and next to the control panel table (which describes Apache) instead of only implying it via the ea-* package row.
