CodeSandbox SDK failing to start VM with 502 Bad Gateway / Sandbox not found #247

We are seeing repeated failures when creating a new app through the CodeSandbox SDK. The user-facing result is a 502 Bad Gateway, and the backend logs show the SDK failing while trying to start the VM.
