Added utoipa, utoipa-axum, and utoipa-swagger-ui to generate OpenAPI documentation from source code. Display documentation through Swagger UI. Closes #41 BREAKING CHANGE: The homepage "Documentation" hyperlink no longer redirect to /docs but /swagger-ui.
