It all looks good to me, and in the interest of making forward progress, I'll merge.
This process is asymptotic, so there may be additional fixes in the future, but no reason to hold this up to find everything else...

Summary of Changes
PR #444 had some changes that did not render properly on the cyclus website including missing tables and code blocks. This PR addresses that and also fixes grammatical typos, incomplete sentences, code-block typos and formatting issues upon proofreading. Some changes are pretty trivial while others fix missing features.
Some minor word changes were also made for clarity/consistency with past language.
