Updated .editorconfig to enforce PascalCase for static readonly fields and added new analyzer rules (Roslynator, Meziantou). Added ignore patterns for MemPalace and Beads/Dolt files in .gitignore. Simplified .gitattributes. Added analyzer and code fix packages to Directory.Packages.props. Updated test attribute tests to use .ConfigureAwait(false) for all Verify calls.
Moved the TUnitLogger<T> implementation from TUnitLogger`T.cs into TUnitLogger.cs for consolidation. Deleted the now-empty TUnitLogger`T.cs file. No functional changes were made.
