feat(post-page): add reposts stat and reposts modal

Summary

• Adds repost count to the post engagement stats on the post page.
• Introduces a dedicated reposts modal and wires it into the shared modal system.
• Extends post GraphQL types/fragments so repost data is available where needed.

Key Decisions

• Reused the existing modal infrastructure (LazyModal + common modal map) instead of introducing a page-specific modal flow.
• Kept repost behavior colocated with the post engagement component to match existing interaction patterns.
