[cherry-pick][6.10] fix: restore JEXL allowlist explanation in error message - #1058

This pull request updates the JEXL evaluation error message in EL.java to guide users to ensure their JEXL transformations are valid and use only allowlisted classes, methods, and properties. It also updates the corresponding unit test in RecipePipelineExecutorTest.java to verify this new error message. There are no review comments to address.
