Homepage gets a new #notify section after #download with a phone mockup, the upcoming-feature pitch, and a Substack subscribe form (custom UI, posts to substackapi.com with real validation and confirmation states). README rewritten to put completion detection and a hero image up top, surface the Playground/download/marketplace links before the dev quickstart, and remove the outdated "under construction" banner. Extract SECTION_PY constant in Home.tsx so all five content sections (features, copy-paste, tmux, download, notify) share one vertical padding value (py-8). The notify section also switches to items-start so its heading aligns with the top of the phone mockup. Add scroll-padding-top to html in index.css matching the SiteHeader height (4rem mobile, 5rem at md+). Without this, hash-anchor links like /#download dropped the target heading behind the translucent fixed header. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
The upcoming feature now has a name: Roam. Section heading changes
from "Coming soon: walk away from any agent" to the punchier
"Walk away, roam on", matching the imperative-rhythm of the other
section headings. Body intros Roam in caramel and points the email
form at nedshed.dev explicitly so subscribers know what list they
are joining.
Pricing copy ("first 100 founding members lock $24/yr for life") is
removed pending a survey to inform actual pricing.
On mobile, the phone mockup now sits below the text rather than
above it (order-2 md:order-1).

#notify section heading becomes "Take one for the road" — folds the walk-away/roam-on idea into a single idiom and drops the repetitive walk-away phrasing across heading and body. Body now spells out the two-stage rollout (manual WebRTC pairing now, hosted auto-pairing later) and ties Roam to MouseTerm's alert system. Adds an early- adopter discount tease without committing to specific pricing. Footer attribution swaps "Brought to you by nedshed.dev and DiffPlug" for "Built by nedshed.dev (the labs division of DiffPlug LLC)" — leads with the brand voice and demotes the legal entity to a parenthetical footnote that still satisfies marketplace publisher continuity.
