Document the new %{time:unix} provider, which returns the current time as
a "<seconds>.<nanoseconds>" UNIX timestamp, and the epoch, from_epoch,
date and iso8601 filters used to convert and format it. Also note the
deprecation of the legacy date:<name> and time:<name> field keys, which
are retained for backwards compatibility, and add upgrade guidance.
