Once this is merged, I think we should also link to this guide from https://www.elastic.co/docs/manage-data/data-store/data-streams/tsds-ingest-otlp or https://www.elastic.co/docs/manage-data/data-store/data-streams/quickstart-tsds.

Summary
This PR adds a new standalone quickstart page, "Quickstart: Ingest custom metrics with EDOT", to the OpenTelemetry quickstart section.
The new guide provides a lightweight, environment-agnostic introduction to sending custom application metrics into Elastic using the EDOT Collector and OTLP.
Closes #3374
