Summary

This 62-package npm bump (eslint 9→10, typescript 5→7, vite 7→8, vitest 4→5, cron-parser 4→5, msw-storybook-addon 2→3, and more) currently cannot be merged: pnpm build, pnpm lint, pnpm test:unit and pnpm test:storybook all fail on the new dependency versions, and the tracked MSW service worker is stale. No OSV vulnerabilities were found in any bumped package. The file changes are otherwise limited to package.json + lockfile (no code or config was adapted for the breaking majors).

Issues

• 🔴 frontend/package.json:96 — TypeScript 7 bump breaks pnpm build (baseUrl removed) — TS 7.0.2 removed the baseUrl compiler option, and neither tsconfig.app.json nor tsconfig.node.json (both still set "baseUrl": ".") is touched by this PR. Verified: with the bump, pnpm run build aborts at tsc -b with error TS5102: Option 'baseUrl' has been removed for both tsconfigs, so the frontend build (also the Docker image build) fails before vite runs.
• 🔴 frontend/package.json:97 — typescript-eslint 8.69.0 refuses TS 7, so pnpm lint hard-fails — Verified: pnpm run lint exits immediately with Error: typescript-eslint does not support TS 7.0 because typescript-eslint 8.69.0 and typescript 7.0.2 were bumped together. Lint cannot run at all until TS is pinned back to a supported 5.x/6.x or typescript-eslint is bumped to a TS7-capable release.
• 🔴 frontend/package.json:76 — cron-parser 5 drops parseExpression; schedule parsing silently breaks — src/utils/schedule-parser.ts:1 imports { parseExpression }, but cron-parser 5.10.0 no longer exports it (it is now the default-export parser API). Verified three ways: pnpm run build fails at tsc -b with TS2614; at runtime the named import is undefined so getNextScheduledRun/formatNextRun throw into the catch and return null for every cron string; and 10 of 45 unit tests in src/utils/schedule-parser.test.ts fail (the only failing tests in pnpm test:unit).
• 🔴 frontend/package.json:89 — msw-storybook-addon 3 removes initialize — all 30 storybook tests fail — msw-storybook-addon 3.0.0 changed its API (root export is now a single default addonMsw; initialize/mswLoader moved out). .storybook/preview.tsx:6 still does import { initialize, mswLoader } from 'msw-storybook-addon'. Verified: pnpm run test:storybook fails all 30 files with The requested module ... does not provide an export named 'initialize'. Also blocks the storybook preview addon itself.
• 🟡 frontend/package.json:88 — Tracked MSW service worker not regenerated for msw 2.15 — msw was bumped 2.12.10→2.15.0 but the committed public/mockServiceWorker.js still declares PACKAGE_VERSION = '2.12.10'. The installed msw client expects the 2.15 integrity checksum, so browsers load a stale worker and warn "generated by a different version of MSW" (may not be fully compatible); pnpm install also regenerates the file, leaving a dirty working tree. Should commit the regenerated worker as part of the bump.
