When clicking a column header at window level, limit probe query to last 12 hours instead of the full 19-day window. The full window was causing scans of 27M+ rows in ClickHouse.

Summary
Order
int_custody_probe_order_by_slotqueries byslot_start_date_time(partition key) instead ofprobe_date_time. This enables ClickHouse early cutoff optimization, preventing scans of 27M+ rows to fetch just 30-50 results.
