Summary

Adds documentation about how the Fern GitHub App handles secret management for SDK generation, addressing fern-api/fern#6364.

The new "Secret management" section in the project structure page explains that the Fern GitHub App automatically syncs secrets from the source repository to SDK repositories during each generation run, and clarifies that users should only configure secrets in the source repository.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

  • Verify the technical accuracy of the secret syncing behavior described - I documented based on the GitHub issue description but haven't verified the actual implementation
  • Confirm the placement in project-structure.mdx is appropriate (vs. autorelease.mdx or a separate page)
  • Review the wording to ensure it matches the actual Fern GitHub App behavior

Notes

  • Vale lint passes on the new content (the existing error on line 50 about "that is" vs "that's" is unrelated to this change)
  • Preview the page at /learn/sdks/overview/project-structure to verify formatting
