• mount-as-image-files now also serves a BitLocker-encrypted partition as a .vhdx (eg. sda3.vhdx), beside its .img. Windows can attach it and unlock it with the password or recovery key, and clonezilla-util prints the Mount-DiskImage command to run. Partitions up to 64 TiB.

Fixes

• Reads no longer fail when the machine runs out of memory for the cache. They are served uncached instead (slower), with an occasional warning.
• Large mounts no longer slow to a crawl when Windows' file cache is full of old data. The cache now counts the memory Windows will give back, and always keeps 1/64 of RAM (up to 1 GiB) so that many readers can't evict each other's data.

Improvements

• Quieter output: the MEM status lines are no longer shown or logged. Low memory is reported in plain words, at most every 30 minutes.
