Inlines simplified type definitions for the dataloader and generic-pool vendored instrumentations. Without this, the local build relies on workspace hoisting to resolve these types. I am not sure, but I suspect this might be a bit brittle. I suggest to vendor in some minimal types so we can rest assured.
