Steps to Reproduce
the alert rules page has a "Only get alerted on Issues from these environments." drodown. in the list are an "All Environments" option as well as each individual environment enumerated as an option. The individual environments are a checkbox option but you can only select one environment.
Expected Result
You should be able to select a subset of environments
Actual Result
you can only select "All Environments" or one individual environment.
