NRDAX-T0211 (Premature Processing Index-Out-Of-Range Panic) classifies the mechanism described here: vote-extension handling reached before ValidatorIndex verification. The entry records the qualifying conditions this advisory sets out, that vote extensions must be enabled and the sending node must be running modified code, and a lab-fidelity reproduction of the panic path (bundle cometbft_voteext_panic) reverse-engineered from this advisory.
