Pull request overview

Adds a new Partner Pack offer entry for Mend.io as part of the Maintainer Month 2026 partner pack content. This fits the existing Partner Pack implementation, which reads Markdown frontmatter from content/partner-pack/offers/*.md and renders offer cards/logos from those fields.

Changes:

  • Added a new Partner Pack offer markdown file for Mend.io with name, logo, headline, description, ctaText, and ctaLink.
  • Ensures the referenced partner logo asset (mend.png) is available under public/images/partners/ (already present in repo).

Reopening from upstream branch so CodeQL can run (default code scanning skips fork PRs, blocking the org ruleset).
