- invite existing users by email/slack id, accept/decline in-app + slack dm - collaborators can view + write their own devlogs; owner keeps control - coins split by devlog hours with each member's own multipliers, snapshotted in project_payouts at approval; reversal refunds each member - reviewers see per-member hours and projected shares - fixes long-stale test fixtures so bin/rails test runs again
