This PR reintroduced the
on_error_callbackwhich was probably removed by mistake during the last release. The callback is used for the confirm_publish_all_drafts and confirm_publish-draft. I've experienced that drafts were actually published even if the server returned an error. In that case there would be a published comment and the original draft. So I added thison_error_callbackto let the user know that they may have to verify this.
