Upgrade @mikro-orm packages from 6.4.16 to 6.6.14 and mongodb from 6.16.0 to 6.21.0 across multiple services. Update lockfiles (yarn.lock and indexer-frontend package-lock.json) to reflect related transitive dependency bumps. Signed-off-by: Alex Piatakov <alex.piatakov@swirldslabs.com>
