Джоб lint (amannn/action-semantic-pull-request) требует conventional commits в заголовке PR. Dependabot без явного commit-message.prefix угадывает префикс по истории коммитов репозитория и промахивается: заголовок приходит как "Bump X from A to B", джоб краснеет и обновление зависает.
