Close the active cursor and clear the executed state when parameter conversion, parameter events, column discovery, or driver execution fail, so stale result rows cannot be fetched.
A failed column describe already returned false without a warning. Clearing the previous result on that failure keeps the same reporting.

Invalidate active cursors and executed state on every execute failure while avoiding duplicate parameter or driver error reports.
