Bug langfuse#1: Add fast-check as explicit dependency effect@3.21 requires fast-check as transitive dep. OpenCode's Npm.add() uses @npmcli/arborist with ignoreScripts=true, skipping optional deps. Bug langfuse#2: Create tracer AFTER provider registration trace.getTracer() was called before sdk.start(), returning a ProxyTracer that delegates to NoopTracer. All startSpan() calls produced no-op spans. Bug langfuse#3: Bypass NodeSDK global API (Bun compat) Replace NodeSDK with NodeTracerProvider. In Bun runtime, the global tracer provider registered by NodeSDK.start() is not visible to @opentelemetry/api's trace.getTracer(). Using provider.getTracer() directly avoids this issue.
