I'm a biologist-turned-research software engineer at the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre, working in the Margrie Lab and the Neuroinformatics Unit. I design tools for analyzing and visualizing neural imaging data.
Currently maintaining 👷🏻♀️ and developing 🏗️:
- derotation 👷🏻♀️: reconstructs clean movies from line-scanned 3-photon recordings of rotating brains
- photon-mosaic 🏗️: towards complete APIs and automated pipelines for multiphoton calcium imaging movies
- translocator-models 👷🏻♀️: a Python toolkit for modeling population fold changes in response to sensory stimuli
🌱 On the creative side, I'm also:
- Developing a Hydra-for-Jupyter integration to live-code generative visuals from notebooks
- Writing a small catalogue of creative coding scripts examples with Hydra, p5.js, python... and more!
- Performing as VJ / livecoder at Algoraves and sometimes including neural data (live EEG recordings)
