[UX] Section Highlight doesn't have the same behaviour in `/cloud` and `/kanvas`

Current Behavior

In \kanvas, the highlight over the kanvas box disappears you mouse over the cloud box,

whereas in \cloud, the highlight over the cloud box remains whens you mouse over the kanvas box. This is a minor inconsistency in UX between both pages.

Expected Behavior

Highlighting should work the same way in both the pages.
