Update all internal links from compressed format to full path format
to work with the new Scalar API documentation renderer.
Old format: #tag/games/post/apistreamgamesstreamidadd
New format: #tag/games/POST/api/stream/games/{streamId}/add
Changes:
- Convert HTTP methods from lowercase to UPPERCASE
- Replace compressed paths with full API paths including slashes
- Restore curly braces for path parameters
- Update 23 OpenAPI specification files
All links now correctly navigate between endpoints in the rendered
documentation at lichess.org/api
