Add a Bun lockfile to pin project dependencies and update the example demos. Several example HTML pages were modified (bash-demo, demo-ai-chatbot, demo-convex-app, express-demo, index, next-demo, sandbox-next-demo, vite-demo) and a new shared-styles.css was added to centralize styles across examples. These changes sync the examples with the updated dependency set and styling.

Remove bun.lock (project uses npm), add missing .warn/.success/.info terminal CSS classes, restore border-radius on status dots and file tab dots, and restore console.error() calls in catch blocks for debugging. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
