Description
Migrate to apiv2 and use os-installer instead of metal-networker.
It tries to read the serialized
apiv2.MachineAllocationfrom/etc/metal/machine-allocation.yamland if this is not there, which is the case for older firewalls, it reads/etc/metal/install.yamland converts the content to aapiv2.MachineAllocation.Duplicate template for frr is removed.
