A catalog's changes are listed id by id, but for an opaque file the dry run only said the text differed, which is little to go on before clearing translations. Print a unified diff, built on Node's util.diff so nothing new is depended on.

This will help me be convinced by pxt-microbit-ml's upload dry run which shows some opaque file changes (likely just versions at the end of markdown docs but TBC via this diff).
