Summary

Translates the new api-playground/sdk-reference-setup.mdx page and the corresponding ## SDK references section of organize/navigation.mdx into Spanish, French, and Simplified Chinese, and mirrors the navigation entry in es.json, fr.json, and zh.json.

Changes

• Added es/api-playground/sdk-reference-setup.mdx, fr/api-playground/sdk-reference-setup.mdx, zh/api-playground/sdk-reference-setup.mdx.
• Inserted the new ## SDK references section into es/organize/navigation.mdx, fr/organize/navigation.mdx, zh/organize/navigation.mdx (before the Versions section).
• Added sdk-reference-setup entry to es.json, fr.json, and zh.json under API playground.

Overview
Adds Spanish, French, and Simplified Chinese coverage for the SDK reference generation docs that landed upstream in English.

For each locale (es, fr, zh), this introduces api-playground/sdk-reference-setup.mdx (formats, artifact generation, sdk tab config, remote sources, keeping refs fresh) and inserts a matching ## SDK references block in organize/navigation.mdx before the Versions section, with locale-prefixed links to the new guide.

es.json, fr.json, and zh.json register sdk-reference-setup in the API playground nav group so the translated pages appear in the sidebar.
