feat(docs): UI 调研修复——品牌统一、可访问性与收尾打磨 - #51

覆盖 fumadocs 的 --color-fd-primary（亮 teal-700 / 暗 teal-400，实测满足 WCAG AA；teal-600 亮色仅 3.4:1 不达标故加深一档），全局 focus ring 改为 跟随主题 primary 变量，不再硬编码色值。
- body 开头新增视觉隐藏、键盘焦点时出现的「跳到主要内容」，slot 外包 div#main 作落点（fumadocs 布局内部 main 无法加 id） - 新增 teal→cyan 渐变的 SVG favicon，声明改为 SVG 优先 + PNG 兜底 + apple-touch-icon，解决 PNG 位图小尺寸渲染不可控的问题 - 补亮/暗两条 theme-color meta
- 指示条位置改由 ResizeObserver 驱动重算，覆盖窗口缩放与字体加载 - 自动轮播尊重 prefers-reduced-motion，悬停暂停 - tab 组补全 tablist/tab/tabpanel 语义与 aria-selected/aria-controls， 指示条等纯装饰元素加 aria-hidden
- Rocket→Compass、Sparkles→Palette，去掉最模板化的两个图标 - 版权年份与贡献者计数加 tabular-nums；contributors 补可见的计数行 - 404：装饰大字 aria-hidden，新增「常用页面」快捷链接组 - theme-card 外链头像补 loading="lazy"
- /privacy、/terms 两页真实内容（非占位文），带 H2 小节结构 - footer 补两条法务链接；站内宣传 AI 评论审核等涉及用户数据的功能， 需要基础法务页面兜底

背景
对站点做了两轮 UI 调研（代码审计 + 本地截图视觉验收），按优先级修掉 13 项问题。仅改动 UI 层，不涉及文档内容与构建配置。
