The docs site deployed successfully to the nebari-frames Pages project (production run 28669333728, preview verified on #43). Setting docs_site: true so the dashboard's route generation maps packs.nebari.dev/nebari-frames/ to it, and pointing links.docs at the site. Completes the #24 rollout for #35.
