Description
I am having trouble previewing updated documents.
I am currently developing an app that updates documents and records the date of the last change. However, the PDF viewer still shows the initial version.
I need to display the signatures and fields set by my app in the PDF preview. How can I achieve this?

I can not reproduce the issue, at least uploading the PDF file through the Files app.
Just to be sure, as you mentioned that you are developing an app that updates documents, are you seeing the problem when uploading the PDF file through the Files app, or when uploading it using the app that you are developing?
