Proposed changes
Add documentation for the new experimental
--enable-config-safetyCLI flag and its corresponding Helm parameter
controller.enableConfigSafetyfor nic.
Enable config validation prior to reloading NGINX.
Both entries include the experimental feature warning as this is a new feature
still subject to change.
