Adds support for setting
queryDeduplication: true|falseon theApolloClientinstance as documented here.Defaults to
trueinline with the Apollo Client default.It is useful to turn off
queryDeduplicationwhen you are relying on headers to differentiate between requests since this will not be recognised as a new query by Apollo Client.Thanks for all your work on this module!
